1. Flame retardant finishing cotton fabrics
A. Proban / ammonia smoked process, Proban Wilson is a British company law for the first industrial production, the traditional method is Proban fire retardant THPC (4 hydroxymethyl ammonia chloride) padding after the curing process, improved methodology is Proban / ammonia Smoked technology, process: padding flame retardant finishing → drying → smoked → ammonia oxidation → washed → drying. B. PyrovatexCP finishing process. Cotton temporary, semi-finishing durability of fire retardant - Dianre Tan, sand release of flame-retardant fabrics such as the number of requests Naixi not very high, such products do temporary or semi-durability to organize fire-retardant. A capability that is heated to 15, washing, but intolerance soaping. Mainly borax to boric acid technology, ammonium dibasic phosphate process, phosphorus amine technology, such as dicyandiamide process. The application of technology in the industrialized production of cotton fabric on the small. 2. Wool fabric of the fire proofing Wool has a high moisture regain and Ammoniated volume, it is a better natural flame retardant, but if demand higher standards required for fire proofing. At present, the flame-retardant wool fabrics are mainly used in aircraft cabins, hotels and other senior carpets, curtains, Tieqiang materials. 3. Polyester fabric of the fire proofing The flame-retardant polyester fabric finishing so far have not found a suitable ideal fire retardant. But overall, finishing flame-retardant fabric of the fair, but feel hard, Baishuang phenomenon, finishing on the stability not good. Size is the main reason for the fire retardant and easy-Shen and poor absorption of fiber. According to foreign countries, the particle size in the 15 ~ 20 nm, while fire-retardant effect can increase three times, and handfeel is softer. |
